Can I Return A Product Ordered From Jeevancareayurveda.com
Yes! Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you just need to let us know within 3 working days from the date of receiving your parcel. You can do that by:

(We work 10 am and 6.30 pm, Monday to Saturday. Except all Gazetted Holidays)
How does the return of Goods work?
It’s very simple!
After we validate your return request over the phone, we will send you an email authorizing the return of goods with our shipping address.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the purchaser.
- Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 10 days of us sending the authorization email.
- After receiving the package, it will undergo inspection. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue a refund or merchandise credit for the appropriate amount.
- If however, the return is found not eligible for refund, the same package will be couriered back to you unless you would like us to destroy it at our end.
- In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receiving of the return package from you.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can do that by writing to us at [email protected]
The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately.
Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
Returns will be accepted for return or exchange only if the product seal is unbroken, the product unused and is sent back along with the original box, invoice and a copy of the return authorization email.
- NO Refund will be made, for goods bought through special offers.
- Refund of essential oil and liquid items is not accepted under any condition.
- Jeevan care ayurveda will make refund cheques only in the registered name of the customer.
Please note the order will be cancelled only if the order has not been packaged / shipped by us.
We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
Jeevan care Ayurveda will not be liable for any damages in transit for packages that are returned by the customer.
